It’s an evolving creative space where individuals, friends and groups can ride together, have fun and take their bike skills to the next level.

Whether you're wanting to try mountain biking for the first time, build your confidence or improve your jump skills, Dirt Factory Manchester is the perfect place - whatever the weather!

Our bike park is part of a community of micro-businesses that are bringing industry and creativity back to a historic part of Manchester.

Dirt Factory has teamed up with Mayfield developers U+I to create a temporary indoor bike park on a disused industrial unit. Fast forward 10 years and this historic part of Manchester will be transformed with a new 6.5-acre public park at the heart of a vibrant 24 acre mixed use community including homes, offices and amazing places to eat, drink and shop.

We're proud to be a part of this incredible £1.4bn regeneration project in Manchester and grateful to U+I and the Mayfield Partnership for enabling Dirt Factory to utilise the site before redevelopment takes place. Our pop-up bike park will be open for up to two years before moving to a permanent home at a larger facility in Greater Manchester.
