Demo bikes can only be collected and returned at the Dirt Factory Bike Shop, located at Farmer Johns MTB Park, Marple Bridge, Stockport, SK6 5EN
Demo bikes can only be collected on the booked date and the hire period starts from the time of collection. Demo bikes must be returned no later than the hire duration selected when making a booking, which will either be 1 day (24hours), 2 days (48 hours) or 3 days (72 hours). For example, if you book a demo bike on a Wednesday for 2 days and collected at 11am, the bike must be returned no later than 11am on the Friday (48 hours later).
For all demo bikes we require a valid photo ID (drivers licence or passport) and two forms of proof of address documents (e.g. utility bill) which are dated within the past 6-8 weeks. Printed online utility bills etc. are acceptable providing that they show current address and recent date.
A £200 damage deposit is payable on each demo bike and held throughout the duration of the demo period. The deposit is refundable provided the bike is returned in the same condition.
