23/02/2018If you have never been to a bike show, Core Bike Show is always worth the trip. If you like to be dazzled and gain early bird access to some of the latest trickery and fresh product from some of the best brands in the mountain bike industry, then Core Bike is definitely your cup of tea.
Side tracked
Last week we made the annual trip down to Whittlebury, Northamptonshire. It’s definitely easy to get side tracked at bike shows. Down every corridor there’s a bike hero, bike bling or freebies up for grabs. This year we didn’t have much time to stare and drool, we had to move fast and get down to business.

First we caught up with Ison Distribution (I.D.) and Renthal, who are based just down the road from us in Stockport. We got to see the new Renthal carbon Fatbar and a bunch of other cool product from Banshee and Halo. We were also on the look out for a hard-tail hire fleet and kids bike range. Other brands we caught up with included Bell Helmets, Lizard Skins and Citrus Lime, the later provide a very slick POS system which would lend itself to Dirt Factory very well. Check out the bottom of this blog to see some of the most eye catching product caught on camera.
Our visit gave us the opportunity to build upon relationships and seek future mutually beneficial partnerships. Partnerships will allow Dirt Factory to provide high quality products to our customers and enhance the whole indoor riding and trail experience. We are passionate about working with like-minded brands to bring enthusiasts and beginners closer to apparel and equipment they feel most comfortable with. The idea of customers being able try a range of different products on indoor trails before hitting the checkout button is an exciting prospect.
