Our Dirt Factory Learn To Jump Coaching Course is designed to help you progress your jumping abilities. Whether you’re just starting to get air-time on your bike, or looking to reach new heights, our expert coach will help you reach your goals.

This course will be delivered at the Dirt Factory bike park, making the most of the indoor trails and airbag. The small course size (maximum 4 riders) allows people to learn in a friendly and relaxed group. Our experienced mountain bike coach who will guide you through the scary bits and give you confidence to try new things.

What you’ll learn:

• Basic body position for balance, safety and stability
• Front and rear wheel lift
• Bunny hop and jumping warm ups
• Timing
• How to jump further and higher
• Airbag techniques

Course details:

• Duration: 2 hours
• Max Capacity: 5 riders
• Age limit: From age 12+
• Bike and helmet not included.
• Price: £35 per person*

*A minimum of 2 riders is required per session. If there are less than 2 riders you will be notified 24 hours before the session and refunded.
