Moston Brook Cycle Event

What a fantastic afternoon everyone has just had in Moston Brook, Oldham. The Friends of Moston Brook Park, Oldham invited Dirt Factory to set up a pump track to celebrate the opening of a new walking and cycling path which has recently been built to encourage more Active Travel. 

This was the first community event of the year for the Dirt Factory Events team and it felt good to be back doing what we love – teaching bike skills and having fun on two wheels. Our team created a bespoke MTB and BMX circuit using our portable pump track and organised three guided rides which took people on a tour around the new cycling route.

The three guided rides were fully booked and the pump track was very popular despite the rainy conditions. Balance bikers, older siblings and mums and dads rose to the challenge and conquered the Dirt Factory pumptrack, with big smiles on their faces (along with a few splats of mud).
